Refund Policy:
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
- The item(s) must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- The original receipt or proof of purchase must be presented at the time of the return.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Exchange Policy:
- If you wish to exchange an item, you may do so within 14 days of the purchase date.
- The item(s) must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- The original receipt or proof of purchase must be presented at the time of the exchange.
- If the item(s) being exchanged are of greater value than the item(s) being returned, the customer must pay the difference.
- If the item(s) being exchanged are of lesser value than the item(s) being returned, the difference will be refunded using the original payment method.
Shipping Refund Policy:
- CK & Co Hair Salon will refund shipping charges for the return of a defective item, a mis-shipment, or an item damaged during shipping.
- CK & Co Hair Salon will not refund shipping charges for returns due to a change of mind, unwanted item(s), or an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Exceptions:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair care or styling products that have been opened or used.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale or clearance items.
